Our Program

How Does the RCS Program Work?

At Radiological Care Services (RCS), we believe that people best support what they help to create! We actively work alongside our customers from day one in the development of a customized servicing plan which best meets our customer's needs and preferences. Customer involvement, support and service are core values within RCS.

  2. Pre-Service Evaluation:
    1. Identify needed repairs (worn Velcro, torn straps, broken buckles, pocket tears, etc.).
    2. Evaluate surface contamination level using our state of the art, ATP swab testing system.

  5. Returns: X-ray garments are returned to facilities in protective bins and enclosed in an impermeable wrap.
  6. Documentation: Garments are assigned RFID tags - We then provide facilities with a master inventory sheet and cleaning log of serviced garments for documentation purposes.
